This is pleasantly deceptive, as the man gets complimented

on his physique

his intellectual abilities

and all of his good qualities

It’s positive female attention

but then she discovers a cavity, like a dentist, searching for decay

a vice, like leaving his socks on the floor, or eating in bed…

It’s been carefully hidden,

like his feelings

but it’s a spot on his white smile

and then she drills

without Novocain, enjoying his pain

“Serves you right!” She said.

And the sound

is the echo of her screams

which makes him wish he were dead.

All men have a weakness, like a bull

and she puts a ring in it

when he puts a ring on her finger

and then,

they lived happily ever after.
